Return & Refund Policy

At Lotus Trading Egypt, customer satisfaction is our priority.

* Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
* Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
* Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
* If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
* Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
* Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
